Processing Time

All Maison Jai orders are made to order and prepared with intention.

  • Standard processing time: 7–18 business days

Each bundle is carefully selected, inspected, and prepared to meet our quality standards before shipment.

During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may extend slightly.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

 

Shipping Time & Methods

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–4 business days (U.S.)

Shipping options are provided at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping (when available)

Shipping timelines reflect carrier transit time only.

 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as Maison Jai is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect email entries

  • Missed tracking updates

 

 

Worldwide Shipping

Maison Jai proudly offers worldwide shipping.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

Maison Jai is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Routing or logistical issues

While delivery dates are estimated, they are not guaranteed.

 

 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, Maison Jai is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management

  • Verifying your delivery address

  • Contacting the carrier directly

We are happy to assist in filing a claim, but all final decisions are made by the carrier.

For added security, we recommend shipping to a secure location or selecting signature confirmation at checkout.

 

 

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Maison Jai is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping fees will apply

 

 

Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed during processing, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Please note:

  • Refunds do not apply to delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched
